1) Basic Salary + Commission

- Junior stylist (only first month) rm 2400+ commission
(less than 3 years experience)
after working 1 month rm 2700+ commission
-Senior stylist (only first month) rm2700+commission
after working 1 month rm 3000+commission
2) no basic only Percentage of sales
-If sales are RM 7000 or more below
-Regular Customer 45%
-Free Customer 40%
-Guaranteed basic salary if below Rm7000
for example : sales rm6900 , salary rm3000
